SUMMARY:
Senior Business Solutions Analyst - Short-Term Commercial Insurance
A leading player in the financial services industry is on the hunt for a Senior Business Solutions Analyst who can bring clarity, innovation, and precision to complex business challenges across the short-term commercial insurance space.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Do:

• Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, define, and translate requirements into solution specs.
• Map current and future business processes and lead the creation of functional and technical documentation.
• Model end-to-end business solutions using tools like use cases, activity and sequence diagrams.
• Work closely with solution architects, developers, and testers to bring ideas to life.
• Lead or contribute to Agile sessions (Scrum/JAD) and support backlog grooming.
• Design scalable, reusable solution components aligned to SDLC standards.
• Support data integration, business readiness, and training documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and client experiences.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in Business Analysis roles.
• 5+ years in short-term commercial insurance (non-negotiable).
• Strong experience in solution design, process modelling, and stakeholder management.
• Sound understanding of enterprise architecture and the full SDLC lifecycle.
• A love for turning chaos into clarity - and doing it with confidence.

Bonus Points For:

• IIBA or CBAP certification
• Background in Industrial
• Experience with XML schema design
• Leading Scrum ceremonies or Agile sprints
