Job Summary A security services sales representative is responsible for identifying leads, building client relationships, and selling security products or services like surveillance systems or alarm systems. Responsibilities: Identify and prospect for potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Meet with clients to understand their security needs and evaluate their property or facilities. Recommend and design appropriate security solutions, which may include running cost-benefit analysis. Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals. Prepare and submit sales contracts, process orders, and track progress toward sales goals. Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up and by assisting with problem resolution or queries. Stay informed about competitor activities and market trends.
