Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and target-focused Security Sales Representative to join our growing team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will have direct sales experience within the guarding industry, with a proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals. This role requires a self-starter who is confident, persuasive, and committed to achieving sales targets within a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and secure new guarding contracts and clients.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct site assessments and compile tailored security solutions.
Prepare and present professional sales proposals and quotations.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Compile daily and weekly sales reports.
Collaborate closely with operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry functions.
Stay informed of competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
Requirements
Minimum 23 years sales experience in the guarding/security services industry.
Strong understanding of security service offerings, particularly physical guarding.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
