Key Responsibilities:
Company Development: Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and establishment of the company, including developing our unique service offerings and operational standards.
Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of close protection operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery, discretion, and client safety.
Team Building & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor a small, elite team of close protection officers, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored security solutions.
Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive threat assessments and develop robust security plans to mitigate risks for our clients.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience in hiring and managing high-end Security Individuals.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead a small, high-performing team.
Deep knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and incident management.
A strong network within the high-level security industry is a significant advantage.
