The Opportunity:

We are seeking dedicated and professional

Sales Representatives

to join our established contact center to drive sales targets, resolving customer issues, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with other departments. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for this role manage client relationships and provide customer support . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are service-oriented, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in a reputable organization.

What You'll Do:

Prospect, qualify, and reach out to potential new clients (buyers) and supplier partners (sellers) across industries (food & beverage, dietary supplements, cosmetics, animal nutrition, etc.)
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation outreach negotiation deal closureonboarding. Serve as a trusted advisor: understand customer/supplier needs, offer tailored sourcing or listing recommendations, help them navigate the platform. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships -- follow up periodically, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer support) to resolve issues, share feedback, and improve services. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records in CRM, prepare sales reports, forecast pipeline, track performance metrics. Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

Matric / Grade 12 (essential) with a high level proficiency in English as a first language 1-3 years related experience in sales (essential) Proven B2B sales experience -- ideally in sourcing, supply-chain, ingredients/raw materials, food & beverage, nutraceuticals, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders globally. Commercial awareness: understanding , supply-chain dynamics, quality assurance requirements. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented -- able to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities. Comfortable with remote outreach (email, phone,) and digital sales tools / CRM. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Ability to work night shift hours and commence December/January
