Sales Representative – Hospitality

Job Summary What you'll do:

Build and maintain relationships with hospitality clients: restaurants, caterers, hotels, etc.
Generate new business opportunities, identify leads, cold call, follow up & convert.
Present product offerings and pricing, negotiate terms and ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and per customer expectations.
Keep up to date with product range (groceries, frozen items, hygiene & packaging materials) to advise clients and suggest upsells.
Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to management.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, ideally in FMCG, food service or hospitality
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly about perishable & non-perishable foods, hygiene/packaging offerings, etc.
Valid driver's licence & own reliable transport
