Host Agents is looking for a motivated and experienced
Sales & Rental Agent
to join our growing team in Bloubergstrand. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
Source and list properties for sales and rentals Advise clients on pricing, marketing, and return on investment Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and manage contracts Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors Assist in developing strategies to expand the property portfolio
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales and rentals Strong knowledge of the Bloubergstrand property market Excellent communication and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transport Must be based in Bloubergstrand Real Estate License (preferred)
