Are you an experienced and results-driven Residential Sales (property) Agent? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in Cape Town.




The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in residential property sales and rentals, a well-established network of clients, their own reliable transport, and a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and expand a network of clients in the residential real estate market.



- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate the sales process.



- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales journey.



- Stay informed about market trends and property values in Cape Town.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Residential Sales and Rental Agent.




- Established network of clients in the residential real estate sector.



- Own reliable transport for property viewings and client meetings.



- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
