driven Sales Manager - Digital Services
to lead growth across the SSA region by selling cutting-edge digital tools and solutions to major Oil & Gas operators. This role is built for a strategic seller who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys building trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise clients. You'll act as a

, working closely with senior decision-makers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver digital solutions that transform how our customers operate.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Sales Strategy & Regional Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the digital solutions footprint across Sub-Saharan Africa
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business through market research, prospecting, and cold outreach
Business Development & Key Account Management
Build and sustain strong relationships with executives, engineers, and procurement teams
Own the full sales cycle -- from lead generation and proposals through negotiation and deal closure
Act as a point of coordination for key accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
Deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations tailored to customer needs
Support customers before, during, and after implementation to ensure adoption and long-term success
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape solutions using customer insights
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital technologies
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular performance and market feedback to leadership
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows across the region
What You'll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's an advantage)
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to manage complex stakeholders and long sales cycles
Comfortable working independently and travelling across SSA
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in English
(verbal and written);
French is a strong advantage
Nice to Have
Knowledge of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations
Familiarity with Oil & Gas regulations and safety standards
An established network within the Oil & Gas industry
