Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 sales agents to meet monthly funeral cover sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Bushbuckridge market.
Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on trust and community engagement.
Train and mentor agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor performance metrics and report weekly to senior management.
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Experience
: 3+ years in sales (insurance or funeral policies preferred); 1+ year in a leadership role.
Skills
: Proven sales track record, strong communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge
: Understanding of funeral insurance products and the Bushbuckridge market.
Education
: RE5 and matric certificate; diploma/degree in business, marketing or finance is beneficial.
Attributes
: Self-motivated, community-oriented and fluent in Xitsonga and English.
Location
: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bushbuckridge.
Must have valid drivers license
