The Role

We're seeking a dynamic

Sales Manager

to lead our Funeral policy sales team in Limpopo.

You'll drive sales targets, manage a team of agents, and build strong client relationships in the Limpopo region.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of 8-12 sales agents to meet monthly funeral policy sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Tzaneen and surrounding market. Build and maintain client relationships, focusing on trust and community engagement. Train and mentor agents on product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor performance metrics and report weekly to senior management. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Experience

: 3+ years in sales (Life insurance or Funeral policies; 1 + year in a leadership role.

Skills

: Proven sales track record, strong communication, and team management skills.

Knowledge

: Understanding of funeral insurance products and the Limpopo province market.

Education

: RE5 and matric certificate; diploma/degree in business, marketing, or finance advantageous.

Attributes

: Self-motivated, community-oriented, and fluent in Sepedi, Xitsonga and English.

Location

: Must reside in Tzaneen our surrounding areas. Must have own vehicle Must have a valid drivers license
