Junior Manager: Financial Services (Credit Department)
Mable Hall, Mpumalanga
Salary: R35,000 R40,000 CTC
Requirements
- A BCom degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in credit or financial services
- Experience in the retail, agriculture or similar industry
- Experience dealing with customers
- Strong understanding of credit processes, risk, and controls
- Good computer skills (MS Office, credit tools)
- Bonus: exposure to data analysis or modelling
- Analytical, confident, and great with numbers
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Detail-driven, organised, and proactive
- A natural problem-solver
- Passionate about customer service, retail, agriculture, and business growth
- Able to lead and motivate a small team
