Job Description

Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings. Formulate BOQ from drawings for Cost estimate purposes. Assist with tender application up to submission and follow up on tender register. Ability to be liaison between Sales/Design and workshop with regard to Clients expectations. Marketing the Company's products and Services, ie Sourcing new business and maintaining existing Clientele. Support the Sales & Estimating Manager in all aspects of Marketing and Costing.
Competencies:

Excellent usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Experience in the Mechanical Engineering industry will be an advantage. Adherence to Internal Processes and Procedures is a must. Attention to detail is a prerequisite. Excellent telephone etiquette. Knowledge of any drafting software will be an advantage.
