Job Title: Internal Sales Assistant (Projects)
Geographical area: Randburg, Gauteng
Salary range: R 15 000.00 Basic + CommissionThe successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Sales of products and/or services that best satisfies customer needs in terms of project scope, quality, price and delivery deadlines.
- Assist with negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both the customer and company needs.
- Assist the Sales Engineers in hosting technical presentations and demonstrate how the company product / projects and process meets the customer needs.
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical colleagues to prepare detailed spares lists for all the existing prospected projects.
- Preparing costing models and mini procurement sheets for all the critical and non-critical spares for existing and prospected projects.
- Assist in preparing the PFDs and P&IDs of the projects where necessary.
- A recognised Engineering Qualification. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Previous involvement with materials handling equipment, valves and instrumentations will be an added advantage.
- At least 1-2 years experience in similar position.
