Job Summary Sales & Data Capturing Consultant Location: Hybrid (Office & Work from Home) We're gearing up for high season and looking for ambitious go-getters to join our team! Training Period: October - December (training provided ) Performance Period: January - March (show us what you've got ) Permanent Placement: The strongest performers will be offered permanent roles from April. What you'll do Make outbound calls for tertiary education loans Shifts: Office: 08:00 - 16:30 Remote: 10:00 - 19:00 Some Saturdays (08:00 - 12:00, remote) Salary: R7,500 - R8,500 + commission up to R12,000 Who we're looking for 1+ year sales (this is a must) and customer service experience (both = bonus ) Tertiary qualification = bonus Target-driven, ambitious & money-motivated (but still want work-life balance ) Confident, sharp & coachable Recruitment process - 2 interviews (panel + skills test) - fair, fun & straightforward. - Join a team where your hustle gets rewarded and your growth matters.
