Job Description
Job Summary Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years in retail management, preferably in luxury or hospitality settings
- Strong merchandising, buying, and customer service skills
- A good understanding of stock control and POS systems
- Creative flair with a passion for storytelling through product curation
- Willingness to live on-site in a remote, bush-based environment
- Live-in accommodation with meals
- Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Work cycle (e.g. 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off - to be confirmed)
