Minimum Requirements

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Valid South African ID (no work permits)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced establishments
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service standards
• Ability to manage teams, resolve guest concerns and uphold brand standards
