Restaurant Supervisor
, an opportunity for a passionate, hands-on leader to join our Food & Beverage team and play a key role in shaping exceptional dining experiences across one of our signature outlets.

Experience & Requirements
Were looking for a natural host and team leader who thrives in dynamic, guest-focused environments.
Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
35 years Food & Beverage experience
in a 4- or 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant
Minimum
12 years supervisory experience
within restaurant or F&B operations
Hospitality Management or F&B Diploma (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of service excellence, food and wine presentation, and guest interaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS experience advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, team motivation, and coaching abilities
Professional appearance, reliability, and a calm, confident approach under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless, professional service
Lead, mentor, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver warm, attentive, and personalised guest experiences
Maintain and uplift 5-star service standards and presentation across all areas
Handle guest feedback with care, professionalism, and efficiency
Assist with scheduling, stock control, and ordering processes
Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
Oversee billing and cashiering procedures in compliance with hotel policies
Support upselling initiatives and contribute to the restaurants revenue goals
Enforce high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Assist in planning and executing special functions and events
