Job Summary Our client based in Franschhoek is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their team. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, and assisting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of the department. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. Requirements Matric Certificate Wine certificate would be advantageous Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining or Hotel restaurant or hospitality environment. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems.
