Permanent Position
As the Rentals Superintendent, you will be managing the rentals maintenance department, including supervision of staff. You will be responsible for refurbishments, delivery and collection as well as managing assets and stock. You will also be responsible administration (e.g. reporting) for ensuring that health and safety is maintained.
Duties include:
- Sign off and issue of COCxe2x80x99s
- Manage budget spend, material ordering and tool allocations
- Coordinate logistics
- Project planning
- Asset management and stock control
- Reporting
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained
- Supervising staff
- Matric (ESSENTIAL)
- Electrical qualification (ESSENTIAL)
- Wiremanxe2x80x99s license (ESSENTIAL)
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum least 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with electrical installations
- Experience with COC testing and sign-off.
- Minimum 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience with general maintenance (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc).
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience managing a team
- Operations Management qualification would be an advantage
