Permanent Position
As the Rentals Superintendent, you will be managing the rentals maintenance department, including supervision of staff. You will be responsible for refurbishments, delivery and collection as well as managing assets and stock. You will also be responsible administration (e.g. reporting) for ensuring that health and safety is maintained.
Duties include:
- Sign off and issue of COC's
- Manage budget spend, material ordering and tool allocations
- Coordinate logistics
- Project planning
- Asset management and stock control
- Reporting
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained
- Supervising staff
- Matric (ESSENTIAL)
- Electrical qualification (ESSENTIAL)
- Wireman's license (ESSENTIAL)
- Valid driver's license (ESSENTIAL)
- Minimum least 3 years' experience with electrical installations
- Experience with COC testing and sign-off.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with general maintenance (e.g. plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc).
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team
- Operations Management qualification would be an advantage
