Rental Agent
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic, results-driven team.What You'll Do:
Proactively source and secure
new rental mandates and place new tenants.
Manage a portfolio
of rental properties efficiently and professionally. Build and maintain strongrelationships with landlords and tenants
. Deliverexceptional customer service
at every step of the rental process. Work collaboratively with the broader rental team to meet targets and grow our presence.What You Bring:
Proven ability to
generate leads and close deals
in the rental market. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
. Strongorganizational abilities
and attention to detail. A passion forrelationship-building
and delivering value to clients. Experience in property rentals or real estate of at least 1 year. NQF 4 / PDE 4 Qualification with valid FFC. Reliable vehicle, laptop and cellphone.Why Join Us?
