About Us:

Meridian Realty, an innovative and forward-thinking real estate company, is seeking an experienced Rental Administrator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Rental Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Collaborating with our agents, tenants, and property owners.

Qualifying and thoroughly vetting potential tenants.

Managing a portfolio of over 150 rental properties.

Procuring and placing qualified tenants.

Addressing maintenance issues for all rental properties.

Coordinating inspections of residential properties.

Distributing monthly statements to Landlords.

Managing accounts using WeConnectU software.

Drafting and sending mandates and rental agreements.

Handling lease renewals for all rental properties.

Collecting and organizing all FICA documentation.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

Salary (based on experience) plus commission incentives. Please specify your salary expectations in your application.

Minimum Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Minimum of a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

NQF4 certification.

Full Status Property Practitioner credentials.

Valid FFC for 2023.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in rental property management.

Proficiency in property management software.

Bilingual.

Ability to work from our head office in Stellenbosch.

Availability for after-hours work as needed due to the nature of the role.
