Job Summary Responsibilities: Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and vendors as necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related transactions, leases, and contracts. Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements and renewals. Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely collection of rents and resolution of billing discrepancies. Keep abreast of local and state regulations affecting property management and ensure compliance. Prepare regular reports on property performance and financials for management review. Qualifications: Proven experience in property management or a related field. Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
