Job Description

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales performance within the Gauteng region. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with strong relationship-building skills and a proven ability to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage the regional sales strategy and budget
  • Drive profitable growth, market share expansion and new business acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, estate agents, developers and attorneys
  • Lead, motivate and support sales consultants and licensee offices to achieve targets
  • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, MIS reporting and incentive schemes
  • Identify new business opportunities and address underperformance proactively
  • Ensure high levels of customer service, retention and partner satisfaction
  • Manage risk, compliance, and quality standards in line with home loan and FICA requirements
  • Support succession planning, training, coaching and people development within the region
Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (tertiary qualification in Business Management advantageous)
  • 5-7 years' experience in a senior sales leadership or sales management role
  • Proven track record of managing and growing successful sales teams
  • Strong networking, relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Exposure to home loans or financial services environment is an advantage
