Creating and maintaining budgets
, forecasts, and reports for the region, and communicating them to the senior management and stakeholders.
Evaluating and improving
the efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction of the regional operations, and implementing changes or solutions when needed.
Supervising and supporting
the local managers and staff, providing them with guidance, feedback, training, and development opportunities.
Collaborating
with other departments, such as human resources, finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment of the regional goals and strategies with the company's vision and mission.
Traveling
frequently to visit the regional locations, conduct audits, monitor performance, resolve issues, and build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Branches : Butterworth; Caxton; King Williams Town; Mdantsane and Vincent.
Key Performance Areas
(but not limited to):
1. Operating Metrics - Revenue
Strategize, plan, and monitor to ensure that the weekly, monthly and quarterly financial targets set for the branches are achieved.
2. People Management
Motivate, communicate, coach and delegate tasks to branch manager(s) to meet the needs of the business and to ensure fast and effective internal customer experience across all departments.
3. Customer Relations:
Communicate customer service and other company standards guidelines and monitor effective customer service and retention practices in the overall region across all branches for a great customer experience for all stakeholders.
4. Quality & Systems Management
Ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place to mitigate business risks faced by the branches.
5. Performance Management
Performance manages and train staff to achieve business targets and goals.
