Salary: R28,000 per month
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join a leading provider of cleaning and landscaping services for large industrial clients and shopping malls. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong operations and managerial experience to oversee multiple sites, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites (industrial facilities and shopping malls).
• Manage and motivate operational teams to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and landscaping services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and service levels to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Report on operational performance and implement process improvements where needed.

Minimum Requirements
Requirements:

• Proven operations management experience in cleaning and/or landscaping services.
• Strong managerial and leadership skills with a focus on staff performance and client satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license - company vehicle provided for operational duties.
• Computer literacy and strong administrative skills for reporting and communication.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities.
