Introduction
Our client in the manufacturing sector requires a Recruitment Specialist on 12 month contract to join their team in Durban
Description
Screening and shortlisting.
Co-ordinate medicals and background checks.
Schedule, coordinate and conduct Interviews and applicant assessments.
Understand recruitment requirements and provide plan to manager on how to meet target.
Communicate with applicants and HR team.
Advise HR team timeously on progress of related projects.
Escalate any issues timeously.
Track, maintain and report all recruitment activities /status.
Education Profile
Minimum requirements:
NQF6 - HR or related qualification
Experience in recruitment and selection
Familiar with Human Capital Management systems
Excellent MS Excel skills are essential.
