Key Responsibilities:

Project Support
  • Collaborate on projects to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
  • Dive into OCR (Ocular Character Reference) for order management.
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at minimizing standing time and special delivery fees.
Order Maestro
  • Swift and accurate order processing.
  • Resolution of queries related to orders, invoices, and more.
  • Daily collaboration with the Demand & Supply Planner.
  • Ensure orders are on track for timely delivery.
  • Manage order details and customer bookings.
Operations in Control
  • Keep a vigilant eye on inbound goods.
  • Maintain crucial customer data.
  • Adhere to SOPs and logistics guidelines.
  • Handle documentation with precision.
  • Manage transportation effectively.
Quality Assurance
  • Handle product damage claims and customer complaints.
  • Monitor stock age and report risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage product samples and quality reports.
Reporting and Improvement
  • Keep a watchful eye on open orders and SAP reports.
  • Reconcile stock data for Finished Goods and POS materials.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Ideally, a tertiary qualification related to customer relationship management or standard business practices (B. Com).
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office).
Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in order management.
  • Exposure to the fast-paced FMCG world is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP is advantageous.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently, in teams, and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Understanding of warehousing and distribution practices is a plus.
