We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and highly organized
Receptionist / General Administrator
to join our Cape Town branch. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is service-oriented, and is keen to grow within a supportive, healthcare-focused company.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (medical industry experience an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual: English, Afrikaans and Xhosa
Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience on Sage Evolution / Pastel Evolution will be advantageous
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the reception area and welcoming visitors
Handling incoming calls and general inquiries
Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
Maintaining filing systems and internal documentation
Supporting sales staff and management with admin and correspondence
Coordinating deliveries and stock movement with the warehouse team
Assisting in preparing documents for tenders, quotations, invoicing and assist to compile reports
Soft Skills:
Professional demeanour and presentation
High attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Team player with a helpful attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7000,00 - R8000,00 per month
