We are hiring a
RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
that will be based in our Somerset West office. You will report directly to the Client Relationship Manager. The 'RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT plays a pivotal role in the daily, logistical and administrative operations of the office. The position will be full-time office based (no remote working).
Receiving and transferring incoming calls
Management of the office inbox
Office management (supplies, functions etc.)
General project assistance
Sales administration support
Receiving and welcoming guests
Guest accommodation and transport bookings
Profile

REQUIRED PROFILE:
Degree or diploma in administration, business, or other relevant qualification
High level of computer literacy - confident MS Office user.
Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken and written competency.
Experience in office administration, client relationship work, sustainable farming or certification would be beneficial.
Self-confident, willing to learn and organized to the point of perfectionism.

: Market related, dependent on experience and qualifications.

: Permanent (6-month probation)
