Reception & Relief Duty Manager – Boutique Lodge – Kwazulu Natal
Job Description
This exclusive lodge is known for offering personalised service and immersive guest experiences, with a strong focus on historical and cultural storytelling. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for front-of-house duties, guest interaction, and assisting the Lodge Manager across various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing reception and guest services
Supporting general lodge operations
Assisting in housekeeping, kitchen oversight, and stock control
Reservations and administration (SEMPER experience advantageous)
Staff coordination and relief management across departments
Delivering a warm, personal guest experience
Start Date:
ASAPSalary:
From R8,000, negotiable depending on experience (includes live-in accommodation, all meals, and laundry)Previous lodge or boutique hotel experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (essential)
Valid driver's license (own vehicle preferred)
High level of personal presentation and professionalism
Flexible, team-oriented, and solution-driven
A good sense of humour and positive energy
Between 1 - 3 Years
