Job Description
Key Outputs
Disassemble and assemble track links, remove, install and torque track shoes.
Maintain professional image when representing BWE
Ensure safe work practice and control Contamination
Control own admin (labour booking, service reports, part returns, expenses etc.)
Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12
Drivers licence - Code B
Senior Operative with 3 years' experience in track workshop - track links disassembly and assembly.
Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
Some Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge.
Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures.
