Job Description

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

o Check Colour consistency
o Check Body panel alignment
o Check Dash board warning
o Minor part & panel adjustments
o Vehicle testing and Report
o Check Assembly
o Check polishing and cleaning
o Check for body sealer on hoist
o Ensure departmental checklist compliance
o Ensure VW and Audi checklist compliance
o Maintain vehicle flow and vehicle priorities
o Walk the floor to ensure progress on vehicles
o Coordinate sundry repairs
o Adhoc tend to and liaise with clients (Handover)
o Go through job card with client and explain what was done on vehicle
o Full Quality Control job card sign off
o Liaise with Estimator on run polish and out the door
o Liaising with S.A of vehicle finish times
o Outwork
o Wheel Alignment
o Auto Electrical
o Diagnostics
o Pre-planning on scheduled out list for the following day
o Liaise with Polishers on workload and workflow
o And any other duties assigned by your manager
