Job Description
Manage and drive productivity and efficiency to achieve set targets.
Ensure minimization reworks through continuous improvement of quality of workmanship.
Ensure sold hours target is reached.
Conduct adhoc inspection and consolidate reports.
Manage Reports from Department Of Transport.
Ensure training and supervision of staff in the workshop.
Ensure that health, safety and environmental procedures are adhered to at all times.
Ensure that the teams understand the SCP Drive WIP daily.
Manage accident scene & consolidate reports.
Qualifications:
N3 with a trade test certificate as an Auto Electrician/Diesel Mechanic. Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Skills:
Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills. Customer focused with a results driven approach. Pro-active, highly motivated in achieving set objective. Work independently though being a team player. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change. Computer Literate.
Experience:
Experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 5 years.
