Requirements:
B.Sc. or National Diploma in Food Technolgy or Food Science (advantageous) Knnowledge of ISO 22000 & 22002, HACCP, VACCP and TACCP Minimum 2 years FMCG experience in food safety * Knowledge of the grain milling industry (advantageous)
