Experience and skills: * At least 5 years of work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of all elements for FSSC22000, ISO/TS 22002, HACCP studies.
Effective communication, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Job Requirements: * Ongoing maintenance and updating of the quality and food safety system anddocumentation. * Chair of Food Safety meetings and Management Reviews.
Conducting Internal audits and external supplier audits.
Staff training.
Quality staff development.
Driving and maintaining Quality and Food Safety culture.
Handling of external Food Safety audits, Customer audits, and other compliance audits.
Oversee all IPQC (in-process quality control activities).
Overseeing testing and release of materials and finished goods.
Managing the change control program.
Completing non-conformances, both for internal and external.
Investigation and completion of customer complaints.
Quality and Food Safety trending and analysis of various key elements.
Conducting validation studies as required for equipment and processes.
Managing the retention sample and shelf-life testing program.
Compiling monthly quality reports for management.
Approval of new suppliers.
Liaising with suppliers on quality related matters.
Overseeing Food Safety related aspects of maintenance, calibrations, pest control etc.
