Job Description
Natrent Rentals is an established Property Rental company based in Alberton operating from 1995. We manage a total portfolio of close to 2000 units.
We require a motivated and self driven agent to join our growing team. The position will entail taking prospective clients to view properties, guiding them through the application process, approving / declining applicants, signing of Lease Agreements, and facilitating the handover process of moving in.
Experience in the field is required. The position offers
commission
earning potential averaging R10 - R18 000 with possibility for more.We provide you with a contract cellphone with 200 minutes and data, a laptop as well as a desk with access to a landline and internet.
A valid drivers and your own reliable vehicle. Based in or around Alberton would be essential. After hours and weekend availability would be required due to viewing times. Computer literacy is essential as we advertise on various websites, facebook, and other digital platforms
