A leading property company based in Camps Bay, is looking for a Property Administrator / Telesales to join their vibrant young team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2- 3 years' experience and a proven track record in administration within the residential and/or commercial properties.
You will be responsible but not limited to:
Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, landlords, and property investors to identify potential sellers
Follow a structured call script while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation
Gather information on property owners' intentions, needs, and potential timelines for selling
Book appointments with interested property owners
Keep detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in the CRM system
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling objections and rejections
Work 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day
