Job Summary About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join our team on a half-day basis. The ideal candidate will be based in the Fourways area and will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain property listings, including updating and organizing records. Handle communication with clients, contractors, and service providers. Assist in preparing documents for property sales and rentals. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Provide general office support to the team as needed. Requirements: Must reside in the Fourways area. Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic property management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Working Hours: Half-day position: Monday to Friday.
