Hire Resolve's client, a well-established and forward-thinking architectural firm known for delivering innovative commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, is currently seeking a Project Lead (PrArch) to join their dynamic team in Cape Town.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professionally registered architect with a passion for design excellence and strong project delivery skills to step into a leadership role.
Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion
Oversee and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors
Liaise directly with clients and ensure brief and design objectives are met
Manage project schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance
Contribute to design development, technical detailing, and documentation
Ensure quality assurance and consistency across all project phases
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
Requirements
Registered Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP
Minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience
Proven ability to lead projects independently
Strong design, technical, and project management capabilities
Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (AutoCAD an advantage)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience in commercial or mixed-use developments advantageous
