Site Agent Wanted - Large Multi-Storey Project in Green Point, Cape Town
A well-established and reputable building contractor is seeking a Site Agent to manage the construction of a large, multi-storey building in Green Point, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full on-site management of the project, from groundworks to handover
- Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Daily site meetings, progress tracking, and quality assurance
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Effective communication with the project manager, client, and professional team
- Minimum of 5-8 years' experience as a Site Agent on multi-storey building projects
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and high-end finishes
- Proven ability to manage large teams and high-value projects
- Relevant construction management qualification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
