Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & UX Leadership
Lead
client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews

Translate client needs into
information architecture, user flows, and wireframes
.
Propose the
best UX solutions
tailored to both marketing websites and product platforms.
Present UX concepts and strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.
User Research & Strategy
Conduct user research, competitive benchmarking, and usability testing.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer satisfaction.
Advocate for
accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices
in user experience.
Design Systems & Execution
Oversee and evolve
design frameworks and systems
to ensure consistency across projects.
Deliver high-level UX documentation (site maps, wireframes, prototypes).
Collaborate with UI designers to transform UX concepts into visually compelling experiences.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work with product managers and engineers to ensure UX is
feasible, scalable, and aligned with client objectives

Qualifications
------------------
6+ years of experience in
UX design, information architecture, or product design
.
Proven experience leading
client-facing projects
from discovery to delivery.
Expertise in
UX tools
: Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Strong knowledge of
design systems, usability testing, and UX methodologies
.
Demonstrated ability to
propose and present UX strategies to clients
.
Fluent English
communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
