Job Description


A leading EdTech SaaS Company is seeking a Product Manager and Product Designer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their platform to meet the evolving needs of their B2B clients. Working closely with a cross-functional team of Engineers and Product Stakeholders, you'll lead the product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Your focus will be on enhancing the course creation process, improving user engagement and retention, and optimising end-user experience in alignment with their mission to impact 100 million lives through adaptive learning.
Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals. Prioritise initiatives using data, user feedback, and market insights.
  • Product Design: Lead the design process to create intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences, ensuring solutions align with the overall product vision.
  • Design-to-Development Handover: Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain design quality in the final product.
  • End-to-End Product Management: Manage feature life cycles from ideation and design through development, testing, and release management.
  • User-Centric Development: Engage with users to understand challenges and translate insights into impactful product features that enhance learning outcomes, efficiency, and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product Owner and engineering team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. Support a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and creative problem-solving.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user research to inform product decisions and iterate to improve engagement, retention, and client ROI.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure cohesion around product goals and deliverables. Communicate updates and insights across teams.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor EdTech trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • UX & Design Workshops: Facilitate UX workshops to ideate, prototype, and align teams on design improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner to align roadmaps, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery of new features.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in Product Management, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
  • 4+ years in Product/UI/UX Design, with a strong grasp of Figma and component-based design systems
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering SaaS products from concept to launch
  • Prior experience in start-ups or fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Experience in EdTech or learning technology solutions
  • Understanding of challenges faced by frontline teams in digital learning adoption
  • Passion for improving how people learn and perform at work
