Job Description


PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Purchasing and processing Clerk, take purchase requests from Head of Department and get price quotes from suppliers where needed. Additionally, their responsibilities include:

  • contacting suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries.
  • They provide a wide range of services to all participants involved or interested in the activities relating to the purchasing of raw materials, supplies required for manufacturing and ready for resell stock orders.
  • Communicate with suppliers.

  • Fluently in English
  • Be computer literate xe2x80x93 Strong EXCEL High level of understanding of Microsoft outlook
  • Sage Evolution experience would be advantageous.

  • Knowledge of Imports (Advantageous)
