Job Description
Our client has an opportunity available for a Buyer in the Finance department based in Randfontein.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Procurement course or qualification.
- 5+ years' experience in the purchasing of mechanical-electrical parts and components in a project-based organisation.
- Receive request for materials and parts from various sources.
- Confirm clarity of specification to ensure the effectiveness of sourcing.
- Perform follow-ups to confirm due delivery or collection dates.
- Arrange collection with logistics department.
- Confirm orders delivered or received to specification.
- Receive and prepare delivery notes and invoices.
- Resolve matters relevant to incorrect deliveries, delivery notes & invoices.
