Procurement Administrator

Job Description


We are looking for a highly capable Procurement Administrator to assist with managing inventory in our warehouse.

  • Order management (Place, confirm and manage estimated arrival)
  • Receipt goods and identify increases and how to best manage them
  • Stock control - Manage counts and identify errors and investigate the errors
  • Stock management
  • Weekly reporting
  • Responsible for inter-branch transfers
  • Build and maintain supplier relations
  • Responsible for forecasting
  • Reconciling orders placed and received
  • Arranging payments of orders
  • Creating out of stock and discontinued reports
Requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate
  • Computer Skills (Excell, Microsoft applications)
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Time management
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Own transport
  • SAGE experience beneficial
  • 2-3 year stock control experience needed
