Job Description


In this position, youll wear many hats, from whipping up orders for things like raw materials, engineering parts, and consumables all using Excel. Youll also have the job of carefully uploading those orders, scouting around for price comparisons from different suppliers, punching in purchase orders, and making sure things get shipped on time. Oh, and dont forget about dealing with the paperwork youll be the go-to person for keeping track of delivery notes and invoices, making sure the bills get paid. And just when you think youve done it all, youll dive into some basic office stuff, helping keep things organised and making sure the filing system doesnt turn chaotic. So, if youre up for a bit of everything and dont mind getting your hands dirty, this job could be your ticket!

To really rock this role, you need Matric and (ideally) experience in the FMCG world. You have to know your way confidently around Excel and ERP systems, and having your own reliable drivers license and set of wheels will be considered a big plus!
