Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell pre-owned vehicles in line with dealership targets and standards
  • Assist customers throughout the full sales process, from enquiry to delivery
  • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and price negotiations
  • Ensure all deal documentation is completed accurately and timeously
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent aftersales follow-up
  • Source pre-owned stock and manage online vehicle listings
  • Work closely with F&I and management to close deals efficiently
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive within a franchised dealership environment
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Target-driven with a professional and energetic approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Ability to work weekends and retail hours
