We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional
Personal Assistant
with
strong management and coordination skills
to support our CEO/Director and assist with the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO/ Director
Manage diaries, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and service providers
Act as a key point of contact between management and staff
Assist with planning, organising, and monitoring projects and deadlines
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support the CEO/Directors functions and improve administrative processes
Follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong leadership and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Internet Marketing
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Demonstrated management or team coordination experience
Relevant qualification in Administration, Business Management, or a related field (advantageous)
Experience working with senior executives or directors (preferred)
Experience with Internet Marketing
Additional Requirements
Own reliable transport is essential
